Jill T. Butterfield is a Licensed Psychotherapist and Board Certified Art Therapist working with pre-teens, teens, and adults since 1996.
Her specialties include mood, trauma, anxiety, depression, bereavement, divorce, disordered eating, life transitions, stress reduction, self-actualization, nutrition, health and wellness. She brings forth a broad perspective of creative therapeutic techniques to work with her clients in order to help achieve wholeness of mind, body, and spirit. Together, she and her clients create balance through exploring and understanding the issues and create healing strategies to resolve, learn, and transition into new growth of self awareness.
On a personal note, Jill enjoys the outdoors, walking her dogs, camping, art shows, and being with friends and family. She feels drawn to the connection of meditation, art, spiritual awareness, simplicity and strives to create stillness and balance. Her greatest treasures in her life are her husband and son.
